Our flour is delivered half a tonne at a time!
It is the finest grade 00 flour from Italy, delivered by our friends at IB Food in London, ‘Fatbob’ has known them for over 30 years.
Our sourdough is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally-occurring yeast, having started the process the day we started. This gives the crust its delicious flavour and texture, adding a small amount of salt and extra virgin olive oil at the end of the process. This all done on the premises every day, so any pizza you eat from Fatbobs has a base made with love and care by the staff.
