All our pizzas are made freshly on the premises using only the finest ingredients.

Our sourdough is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally-occurring yeast. This gives the crust its delicious flavour and texture.

We have several speciality pizzas, the "Sussex Pig" uses ham made from Gloucester Old Spot, reared in Sussex and cured by Hammond's Butchers in Ashtead.

For a fishy flavour, come and try "The Billingsgate", which includes anchovies (Filetti di acciughe) and tuna (tonno) from Italy.

For the meat lovers, "The Smithfield" is loaded with delicious prosciutto, salami, pancetta & Gloucester Old Spot ham.
